I am a ceramic artist based in small-town Nebraska, where growing up in a rural community has always been influential in my work. From playing in the mud as a child to discovering the wheel as an undergrad, I work best when my hands are dirty.

Much of my current sculptural work focuses on femininity and lived experiences, whereas my functional pieces take a more lighthearted approach to bring bright colors and playful forms into the everyday. My work is meant to invite connection—through reflection, use, or simply through the pleasure of a well-loved object.
